This Bootcamp is designed to be
both fun and effective. Every class will challenge
you in new and interesting ways. We will use functional
movements combined with high intensity to help you
achieve your desired results quickly.
During the classes you will have the opportunity
to work by yourself or as part of a team. You will
perform new and interesting workouts every class and
no two classes will be the same.
Mommy Bootcamp will incorporate running
over short distances and working with odd objects
like tires and sledgehammers, kettlebells and even
the Olympic rings.
Each day will be an exciting new challenge geared
to helping you achieve your fitness goals. You will
look forward to your time in Mommy Bootcamp
as you reshape your body and learn new ways of staying
fit in a fun and safe environment.
