bounce along to the Salsa beat.
Salsa Babies offers a great workout,
a chance to socialize with other moms,and an opportunity
to introduce one’s child to music and movement.
Not to mention, it’s perfect for people who
have always wanted to learn to dance, but could never
convince their partner to take lessons!
All levels of fitness and dance experience are welcome.

is designed for toddlers who are ready to dance on
their own two feet!
Featuring original music by renowned Latin artist,
Ricky Franco, Salsa Tots™ combines movement
and play with lively rhythms that parents and kids
can both enjoy! Parents get active, modeling the actions
for their children and promoting physical activity
as a family.
Children learn dance and movement concepts while
singing, playing, and using their imaginations in
a fun, safe, and open environment.
We also do birthday parties, baby showers and private
