of a ”bootcamp” is to work with a Personal
Trainer at a fraction of the cost, and to have someone
to motivate you to meet your goals!
I have instructed for a couple of the high profile
Bootcamp companies. I found many of them put too many
into a class.
I am a Personal Trainer. My passion is to get to know
my clients strengths and weaknesses and help them
achieve their goals. When I was handed a class of
25 I rarely had the opportunity to get to know the
names of my participants let alone get to know their
individual goals.
That was when I decided to start my own Bootcamp.
A bootcamp that could deliver tougher and more advanced
drills because the Trainer has 12 or less in a class.

What Programs
are offered?
Bootcamp
The class is one hour long and you attend twice per
week. The structure incorporates dynamic conditioning
(plyometrics, cardio, agility drills etc) and resistance
in the form of squats, lunges, pushups. We try to
make it as fun as possible using drills and obstacle
courses. Part of the motivation is from your Trainer
and the other part is from your peers.
Stroller FitThis program is structured
to give parents a good workout with a baby and stroller
in tow! We take the bootcamp elements and format them
into a stroller friendly program. So instead of drills
we use the paths and sidewalks to get our workout.
We keep the class moving as much as possible so that
by the end of the hour the baby thinks he or she just
enjoyed an hour long walk in the fresh air. Of course
we recite some nursery rhymes and children’s
songs during the workout too to help keep the little
ones enjoying every minute.
Bridal Bootcamp/Private Bootcamp
We also offer private programs for those with upcoming
events such as weddings, proms, reunions or just for
groups of friends that want to get in shape together.
There is nothing better than having the support of
family and friends while getting healthy and fit side
by side!

Stroller Fit is currently running in Oakville, Burlington,

Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo.
