Getting active is easy! Monkeynastix
is a fun and challenging non-competitive program
for children ages 1-8, focusing on their long
term physical, cognitive and social development.
A qualified Monkeynastix Instructor
will come to your child's school or public venue
to run a 30 minute class once a week. Lessons
include a warm up to music, stretch, locomotion
and working with our specialized equipment.

Interested in booking a Monkeynastix
program for your Moms Group? We can do
private classes with a minimum of 5
