I don’t know about you but
I LOVE bananas. I have one every single day. I usually use
them in my smoothies but as the weather begins to get a
little chillier outdoors, I tend to crave more warm food
to help warm my insides. This absolutely delicious and easy
recipe is a great way to have your banana for breakfast
and keep you feeling warm and satisfied and ready to get
started with your day. Trust me, it will have you wanting
more bananas too!! And if you think bananas aren’t
good for you, read here to help you think otherwise.

use brown rice or quinoa flour)
•¼ tsp. baking powder
•½ tsp. cinnamon
•pinch of salt
•1 ripe banana, mashed (about ½ cup)
•¼ cup vanilla almond milk (or plain unsweetened)
•1 tbsp organic honey (you can substitute maple syrup
if you want to make this vegan)

etc.)
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 375°F, and lightly spray an individual
sized ramekin (1 portion small dish) with cooking oil.
2.In a medium bowl, combine oats, oat bran, flour, baking
powder, cinnamon, and salt.
3.In a separate bowl, combine banana, almond milk, and honey.

add-ins and transfer to prepared ramekin.
