Aradia Fitness Oakville: What is Sexy To You?

Lately, at Aradia Fitness Oakville, this topic has been discussed in
our classes and among the students. Is "being sexy" an state of mind
or how someone projects themselves? After much thought and sharing of
ideas, we've realized that for many ladies- it's an attitude..a belief.

How do you bring sexiness to your everyday life? Here's a list we came
up with:

  1. "It's how I feel in my skin. I love taking a hot bath, scrubbing my
    skin, shaving my legs and using a fantastic moisturizer. My skin feels
    incredible."
  2. "A great pair of jeans.. one that suits my body type and size. The
    skinny legged jeans are not meant for my body image.. I feel sexier in
    a pair of jeans that fit properly."
  3. "Shoes! Sexy, black heel shoes.. they aren't 4 inch stilettos..
    classy and sexy with a heel that I can walk in without wobbling."
  4. "My mind. I think positive, optimistic thoughts that boost my self
    confidence. Okay.. I also think of Orlando Bloom.. Brad Pitt.."
  5. "It's the sway in my hips.. and honey I got hips, so I move them!"
  6. "In the morning, I spend time on my hair and make up.. which isn't
    easy with 10 month old twins.. but I find time! I like being a yummy
    mommy!"
  7. "I love sexy underwear.. they are my little secret! Okay, maybe not
    a secret anymore!"
  8. "I know I'm not going to be pencil thin-- I don't want to be.. I
    love my curves!"
  9. "I hold my head up high, I make eye contact with people and I love
    to laugh. I have confidence.. that makes me feel sexy."
  10. "Music.. I have music playing all the time.. music that makes me
    move and groove! Movement is sexy to me. Give me music by Barry White,
    Etta James-- rich soulful music."
